This article is designed to assist users in updating their NHS UDA Targets and Sub-targets annually or when presented with the following error message:
'The UDAs used by this User is greater than what is allocated to the user'.
This message indicates that the allocated UDAs on Aerona for this performer have been exceeded.
Update Target and Sub-Targets
In order to update the targets simply navigate to the Admin section of Aerona > Practice tab > NHS Contract section. Please see these underlined in red:
After selecting the contract from the table located to the left, update the Overall 'Target' figure and then divide this between the sub-targets as shown below > Save:
For example, the above target is currently set at 5000, with the Sub-targets set at 2500. I would like to add an additional 5000 to the overall target and split this between the sub-performers. This will be updated as shown below, with the additional UDAs added on top of the overall target and then split between sub-targets:
Select 'Save' to apply changes.
The above steps can be repeated annually once the contract has been renewed or if a performer requires additional UDAs.
