The status column within a patients’ treatment plan displays whether a treatment has been completed or if it is planned. It must always be correct and up to date, so for any reason that a treatment has been marked as completed but needs reverted, the following steps will guide you in doing so.
Navigate to Treatment>Treatments and choose the correct plan in which the treatment needs amended.
Choose the particular tooth within the treatment plan table, that you would like to change the status from completed to planned. This becomes highlighted in the table and will be followed by a circular arrow icon appearing, for you to click on.
You will be prompted with a screen message and asked if you would like to revert the treatment to a planned state. Click ‘Yes’. The status for the specific treatment will now have changed to planned.
