What are the new NHS Band fee dental charges for 2024?

From April 1^st 2024, NHS dental patient charges in England has increased by 4%.

This means that a dental charge payable for a Band 1 course of treatment has rose by £1.00, and for a Band 2 course of treatment, there is an increase of £2.80.

Below is a list of the updated fees for all three bands:

• £26.80 for Band 1 course of treatment.

• £73.50 for Band 2 course of treatment.

• £319.10 for Band 3 course of treatment.

This process has been completed automatically for your practice on the date of the fee update. 

Any treatment that was started before April 1st 2024, will be charged at the 2023/2024 NHS prices.
