How to Use the Online Referrals Report

To see a report of all online referrals sent by the practice, navigate to the Reports Section > Patient > Online Referrals Report. See below:

To run the report for a specific clinician, select their name from the dropdown menu (above) and select the icon to get your results. To generate results for all clinicians in the clinic, simply leave this field blank.

After generating this report, you will be taken to the results page, where the following information will be displayed

Filter the results by clicking the icon, entering your desired criteria, and applying these filters by selecting the magnifying glass icon highlighted below.

To export your results, simply click on the icon to print or the icon to export it as an Excel file.
