If you have a patient that is either a test patient or a patient that has been added in error which contains no data you can delete the patient by following the below steps:
Select the Patient's Record you would like to Delete > Select the Edit Patient Details icon > Select 'Name' > Select 'Delete Patient'. See below:
Simply enter the 4 digit practice pin and select 'Confirm' and the patient will be removed from the system. See below:
