There are two different ways of checking if a patient is registered on the patient portal.
1. Patient Details.
The first way you can check if the patient is registered on the portal is through their patient details. This can be done by selecting the patient details icon and then viewing the patient portal status. See below:
The different status' are explained below:
Not Registered: The patient has not registered. See below:
The patient will also appear not registered if they have not successfully verified their email through the verification email. See below:
Registered:
The patient has successfully verified their email address and should now be able to sign in to the portal, using the details that they have provided on account creation.
Unregistered: Patients must re-register if they would like to use the portal. See below:
2. Audit Log
Another way of checking to see if the patient is registered on the portal is by viewing the Audit Log. If the patient is registered on the portal it will be displayed under the Audit > Patient History. Any patients that are registered will show as 'Enable Patient Portal: true'. See below:
