How to change the colours that the appointments are displayed by

The Colours that the appointments are displayed by can be updated via the 'User Settings' which is accessed by selecting the user's name at the top right-hand corner of Aerona > 'User Settings'.

Within the User Settings under the 'Appointment Book' tab, you will then be able to update the way the appointment colours are displayed. Simply select the way you would like the colours to be displayed and select 'Save' See below:

Once you have selected 'Save' the appointment book will then be updated to reflect the changes.
