You can communicate with all patients that had a past appointment in the practice by following the below steps:
Step 1 - Create your communication template.
The first step is to create your communication template. This can be done by following the steps in the below articles:
How to Create an Email/Document Template
Step 2 - Run the 'Past Appointment Report'
The next step is to run the 'Past Appointment Report' which can be accessed via the 'Reports' section of Aerona > 'Appointment' > Past Appointment Report. See below:
Simply enter the dates for the last year that you would like to display the appointments for. See below example:
Select the arrow to proceed and the report will then display all patients based on the parameters. See below:
Step 3 - Communicate with these patients.
To communicate with these patients simply select the icon. This will then direct you to the communication page where you can then select the communication type and communication template. See below:
Once you have selected the correct template from the drop-down list simply select the icon again to proceed. You will then be able to preview the communication. Once you are happy simply select the
again for the last time to confirm.
