How to View a Patient's ID number

The Patient's ID is the numbers that uniquely identify each patient.  This number is automatically generated once a patient is added to Aerona. 

This number can be accessed via the patient details icon which is located to the right of the patient's name. See below:

Once you have selected this icon the patient's ID number will appear at the top. See below:

This number can then be used to conveniently search for the patient using the Find Patient function. See below:

We would recommend providing the patient's ID number when contacting our support team instead of providing any personal details about the patient.
