How To See When an Appointment was Created

Appointment information such as when the appointment was created and by which user can be accessed via the Audit log.

The Appointment History Audit log can be accessed via the 'Patient' section > 'Audit' > 'Appointment History'. See below:

To find more information about a specific appointment, simply select the magnifying glass (see above) located beside the applicable appointment. This will then provide an overview of the appointment and any changes that have been made. See below example:
