How To View A List Of Completed Treatments Based On A Specific Treatment For A Clinician

The steps below will demonstrate how you can view a list of completed treatments based on a specific clinician and treatment.

Step 1-  Select the 'Completed Treatment's Report.

The first step is to run the 'Completed Treatment's Report'. This report can be accessed by going to the 'Reports' section of Aerona > 'Treatment' > 'Completed Treatments Report'. See below:

Step 2  - Select the clinician you would like to display the results for and the dates applicable.

When entering the parameters, select the clinician you would like the results to be displayed for and the dates applicable. See below example:

The results then that are displayed will showcase all completed treatments by that clinician within that time period. See below:

Step 3 - Filter the Report to a Specific Treatment. 

To then filter this report to make the results only appear based on one specific treatment. This can be done by filtering the 'Treatment' field. 

This can be done by selecting the +/- icon located to the left of the table. See below:

Once the filter option has been selected you will then be able to apply filters to each of the columns. To filter the treatment column by a specific treatment type simply use the 'contains' or 'equals' option within the drop down facility and in the text area located directly beside the drop down option enter the treatment you would like the results to be displayed for. See below example:

To then confirm the filters simply select the magnifying glass located directly underneath the +/- button. See below:

Once you have selected this option the results will then bring back all results based on the filters applied. See below:

In the example above you can now see all completed 'Single Implant' treatments that have been completed between 01/01/2022 and 31/12/2022 by Dentist Louise.
