Why is the Appointment Book Appearing as Closed?

There are two main reasons why the appointment book is appearing as closed. These Include:

No Staff Rota Hours - 

The first reason is because there is no staff rota times in for any of the users.

The Appointment Book Is not displayed in your user settings - 

If there is staff rota times in the appointment book for that day and you cannot see the appointment book this would indicate that the appointment book for that user is not checked in your user settings.

This can easily be updated by following these steps:

Select your name at the top right corner > ‘User settings’ > ‘Appointment Book’ > Select show appointment books for XXXX’. See below example:

Simply select 'Save' in the bottom right corner, and the appointment book will then appear for the user.
