There are two main reasons why the appointment book is appearing as closed. These Include:
No Staff Rota Hours -
The first reason is because there is no staff rota times in for any of the users.
Staff rota times can be updated by following the steps in the below article:
The Appointment Book Is not displayed in your user settings -
If there is staff rota times in the appointment book for that day and you cannot see the appointment book this would indicate that the appointment book for that user is not checked in your user settings.
This can easily be updated by following the below steps:
Select your name at the top right corner > ‘User settings’ > ‘Appointment Book’ > Select show appointment books for XXXX’. See Below example:
Simply select 'Save' and this will then view the appointment book will then appear for the user.
