How To Add a Patient Photo to a Patient's Chart

A photo can be added to the patient's chart by selecting the pencil icon located beside the patient's name. See below:

Once you have selected the pencil icon this will then give you the option to edit the patient details. To add a patient photo simply select photo. See below:

Once your camera has been activated you will then be able to take a photo by selecting the 'Capture New Photo' button. See below:

Once happy to proceed select 'Save' and this will add the photo to the patient's record. 

The patient's photo will then appear once you hover over their appointment. See below example:
