How To View A List Of All Appointments/ Patients Seen By A Particular Clinician

You can view a list of patients that have been seen by a clinician by following the below steps:

Step 1 - Go to the 'Past Appointment Report' 

Go to 'Reports' > 'Appointment' > 'Past Appointment Report'. See below:

Step 2  - Enter the Parameters.

Enter the applicable dates that you would like to view the past appointments for and select the arrow to proceed. See below:

Step 3 - Once the results appear filter the report to a specific clinician.

Once the results have populated, simply select the +/- icon to apply filters. See below:

Once you have selected this function, you will then be able to filter the report to a specific clinician. To confirm the filters select the magnifying glass. See below example:

This will then display the results based on the specific clinician. See below example for Dentist Louise:
