As Aerona is a 3 tier login, users won't be able to login without knowing the username, password and the practice pin.
The first step to preventing unauthorised access is to disable all users that no longer require access to Aerona. This can be done by following the steps in the article below:
If any users that are no longer working at the practice know other user's passwords we would recommend all the users within the practice to update their passwords for extra security. This can be done by following the steps in the below article. See below:
How Users can change their own passwords when they are logged into Aerona
Usernames can also be updated via the 'Admin' section > 'Practice' > 'Users' > Select User > Update Username > 'Save'.
Once the username/passwords have been updated and you would still like to have the practice pin updated, then please submit a request to our support team by sending us a support ticket or sending us an email to support@aerona.com.
