Enhanced Patient Portal

The new enhanced Patient Portal is a more mobile friendly and feature rich redesign of the current Patient Portal:

• A new notifications area on the landing page showing any forms that need attention
• Patients can now see a list past and upcoming appointments
• Complete & e-sign documents and forms in advance
• View completed forms
• Integration with Intercom (https://www.intercom.com/) to allow Patients to talk with practice staff when using the patient portal from home
• View completed forms and also complete forms 

Also includes existing features:

• Book selected appointments
• View statements, payments and purchases
• Make Stripe and Paypal payments

New Business Portal

New Business Portal allows patients to e-sign forms securely and efficiently in practice using any mobile device. No need to sign-up and enter details. Reduces paper in practice and allows for more efficient management of patients.

Practice Staff can now securely search for a patient using a mobile device. The device is passed to the patient allowing them to view and e-sign any forms that need attention.

The device is then passed back to the clinic to allow them to securely log out using the new business password and change to another patient when needed.
