Appointments can be blocked for a patient by following the below steps:
Select Patient > Select the Pencil Located to the right of the patient's name to edit the patient details. See below:
Once you have selected this icon, the below dialog box will populate. Simply select the 'Details' tab and select the check box beside 'Blocked Appointments' and select 'Save'. See below:
This will then update the patient's record and no further appointments can be made until this option is un-checked. See below:
