A Clinician can be added by following the below steps:
Step 1 - Create the User
The User can be added by going to 'Admin' > 'Practice' > 'Users' > Select +' Icon > Enter the User Privilege, Username, Password, Forename and Surname and select Has Appointments. Once the checkbox has been selected you will receive a notification informing that the practice will receive an additional charge if the amount of treatment rooms increase. Simply select 'Accept' to proceed. See below:
The clinician type drop down option will then appear, allowing you to select the clinician type. In the below example you can see the clinician has been set to General Dentist. After you have set the clinician type, you will then be able to add the NHS information if applicable, the login days and adjust the login hours if required. You also can adjust the events access if you would like to restrict which users can add and amend events. Simply select 'Save' and the user will be added. See below:

Step 3 - Adjusting your user settings.
All users within the practice with a Level 2 user privilege or below will need to update their user settings to allow the appointment book to appear for new users.

Once the user settings have been adjusted the user will then appear within the appointment book. See below:
