To make clinicians visible on the portal simply follow the below steps:
Go to 'Admin' > 'Practice' > 'Users' > Select the user that you would like to add to the portal > select the pencil. See below:
To activate the user for the portal simply select the checkbox beside 'show in portal' and select 'Save' to update. See below:
After this has been completed you will then need to add in Patient Portal rota times for this user. This can be done by following the below steps:
Go to 'Admin' > 'Practice' > 'Staff Rota' > Filter clinician using search facility. See below:
This will display the rota times for the current week. Weeks can be navigated to the past and future by selecting the left & right arrows located to the top right respectively.
Portal times can be updated by selecting the green cell within the date to be updated. This below box will then populate.
Portal times can then be updated. You will have the option to make if only relevant to today's date or to repeat all dates going forward. If all dates going forward is selected, then a further option will appear to select which weekdays to repeat on. Simply select 'save' when complete.
After you have added in all the rota times for the users that are visible within the portal your patient portal will then be ready for patients to use.
