It's essential for security that users have unique passwords that no one else in the practice knows. If the administrator has given you a generic password, it's crucial to change it to something unique for added security.
Passwords can be updated within Aerona by selecting on your name at the right-hand corner of the screen and selecting 'user settings'. See below:
Under the 'Miscellaneous' section > select 'Change Password'. See below:
To update your password, you will need to enter your Current Password.
This is followed by entering your New Password and then confirming this new password:
Once you are happy to update your password simply select 'Save' to update.
