For security purposes, it is very important that users have passwords that are unique to themselves and that no-one else in the practice knows. If the administrator within the practice has provided you with a generic password it is very important to amend it to be more secure and unique to you.
Passwords can be updated within Aerona by selecting on your name at the right-hand corner of the screen and selecting 'user settings'. See below:
Under the 'miscellaneous' section > select 'change password'. See below:
To update your password, you will need to enter your current password and the new password. You will need to enter your new password again to confirm. Once you are happy to update your password simply select 'Save' to update. See below:
