The level of privilege held by any user dictates the level of accessibility. Access can be increased or decreased at any time in accordance with the user’s role.

Step 1.
Navigate to Admin>Practice>Users
A user's user privilege can be updated by following the below steps.
Step 2.
Select the specific user from the table. Then click on the pencil icon, that populates above this.
Step 3.
The below dialog box will appear. To update the user privilege, use the drop-down facility to select the new role and click Save.
