If the user that you have created has been added correctly and the user has got staff rota times. This would indicate that you have not selected to view this clinician's appointment book within your user settings.
To view the new user's appointment book simply select your name at the top right corner > ‘user settings’ > ‘Appointment Book’ > Select show appointment books for XXXX’. See Below:
Simply select 'Save' and this will then view the appointment book for the new user.
Please Note: As this is user-specific it will need to be completed by all users that have a user privilege below Level 1.
