You can apply a discount to treatments by following the below steps:
Go to 'Patient' > 'Financial' > 'Purchases'. See below:
Within this section, you will then be able to see all patient's purchases. Discounts can be applied by selecting the underneath the 'discounts' column. Simply add the discount % that you would like to be deducted from the total or add in a discount amount. See below:
Select 'Save' and this will apply the discount.
It is very important to note that this pencil will only appear under treatments that have not been paid in full. If the treatment has been paid in full and you would like to apply a discount you will firstly need to un allocate any money that has been linked to the treatment. To find out how to un-allocate money from a treatment select here. Once the money has been unallocated you will be able to apply discounts by following the steps provided above.
