You will be able to see any adjustments on patient's accounts by following the below steps:
Go to 'Patient' > 'Financial' > ' Overview' > 'Recent Purchases'. You will then be able to see the adjustments underneath the adjustment column. See Below:
If you would like to remove the adjustment this can simply be done by selecting the located to the right of the patient's balance. See below:
You can then remove the adjustment by selecting the X under the undo column. See below:
This will then remove the adjustment.
