To make appointments visible on the portal simply follow the below steps:
Go to 'Admin' > 'Appointment' > 'Appointment Types'. See below:
You will now be able to see a list of the appointments that are currently in place for the practice. This table can be sorted by using the search facilities and the drop-down boxes within the columns. At this stage, you can also add any additional appointments. To add the appointment to the portal, simply select the appointment that you would like to be made visible > select the pencil > select the checkbox beside show in portal. See below:
At this stage, you can also add in a portal description (this is the name of the appointment that will be visible on the portal.)This is very useful as it allows you to make the appointment types more simplistic for patients. You can then add in a deposit and update the patient type if required.
Select 'Save' and this will add the appointment to the portal.
