Events are very useful for blocking out areas of the appointment book. Events can be used to efficiently manage bookings with the receptionist.
An event can be added by following the below steps:
Select an area of the appointment book you would like to add the event to > 'create new event'. See below:
To create an event simply select the user, the name of the event, the colour and if you would like to allow appointments during this event. You can also remove this event from the portal. Simply select the applicable dates and also if you would like this event repeated or not. If you would like this event to be repeated simply enter the repeat type and the frequency.
Simply select 'Save' to add the event. This will then add the event to the appointment book. See below:
