Within Aerona, you can manage which users within the practice have the ability to add and update events.
The three levels of access that are in place for events are:
- Full Access- This will allow the user to be able to add and amend all events within the appointment book.
- Restricted Access- This will allow the user to amend, only their appointment book. If the user selects another clinician's appointment book, they will be prompted with a message that informs them they do not have permission to create an event and/or edit an event.
- No Access- The user will not be able to add or edit any events within the appointment book and they will be prompted that they do not have permission to do so.
To update a user's access level simply follow the below steps:
Step 1.
Navigate to Admin>Practice>Users and choose the role you would like to amend. Click on the pencil icon to begin editing their details.
Step 2.
Once the dialogue box opens, scroll to the bottom field, titled ‘Events Access’. Choose the access level from the drop-down facility and click ‘Save’ to update
