The status of an appointment can be easily updated within Aerona by following the below steps.
Select the appointment that you would like to update > Select the cog to the right of the appointment (highlighted in yellow below) > select a 'Status' from the drop-down that you would like to update the appointment with. See below:
The appointment will then be updated to the new status. See the below example of an appointment updated to 'Arrived.'
