You can top-up your SMS credits by following the below steps:
Go to 'Communication' > 'Setup'. See below:
Please Note: The 'Setup' tab can only be accessed by users with a User Priviliage of Level 2 or above.
Within the 'setup' tab, tops-up can easily be added by selecting the 'Purchase More' button. See below:
This will populate the below pop-up dialogue. SMS credits can then be added in multiples of 500, with the box automatically displaying 500. The amount of credits can be increased/decreased by selecting the up/down arrows. Alternatively, you can highlight the amount and type in the top-up amount manually. See below:
The cost will calculate automatically as you increase or decrease your credit amount.
Once you are happy with your selection, the next step is to select a payment method. The options available are:
1) Stripe:
This payment method provides the option to pay for the credits instantly by card. Selecting this option will take you directly to the Stripe Payment Screen. See Below:
Simply update your details and card information to process payment for the amount shown. Once the payment has been processed, you will be directed back to Aerona.
2) Pay by Direct Debit:
The second option is for practices who would like their top-ups to be taken as part of their monthly direct debit. To add this to your monthly direct debit simply select the 'Pay With Direct Debit' button. Practices who haven’t set up a Direct Debit will find this option is unavailable. If this is the case you will then be instructed to contact our accounts team who will kindly assist you with getting this set- up. See below:
If you would like to view a history of previous top-ups this can be viewed via the 'Admin' section > 'Audit' >'Purchase History'. See below:
Within this section, you can view which user purchased credits, the amount added, the cost and when the credits were topped up.
