How to Download a Splash Top Code

Splashtop is the application in which we use to remote access your computer. 

A splash-top code can be downloaded by following the below steps:

Select your name at the top right-hand corner of the screen > 'Remote Support'. See below:

A new tab will then open on the browser and the Splashtop application will then begin to download at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. See below:

If you do not see this download visible on your screen simply select CRTL and J on your computer to view your downloads.

Double click the download to run the application. The below dialogue box will populate:

Simply select 'Yes' to allow the application to make changes. 

Once you have selected yes the application will then display a 9 digit code. See below:

Simply submit this code via a support ticket to our support team who will be able to access the system. 

Please note: it is very important that you keep the splash top code visible on the screen and do not X out of the code as this will end the session and our team will not be able to gain access.
