A support ticket can be submitted to our support team by following the below steps:
Select on your name at the top right-hand corner of the screen > 'Support Tickets'. See below:
This will then display all of the tickets that have been submitted. To submit a new support ticket simply select 'Create New support ticket'. See below:
The below dialogue box will then appear. Simply enter your query and select 'Save' to submit. See below:
Once the ticket has been submitted you will then receive notifications once our support ticket has replied.
Comments can be viewed by selecting on your name > support tickets and selecting the under the comments column. You will also be able to view the status of the ticket. See below:
You will then be able to view the comments and respond by selecting 'create new ticket comment' if required. See below:
