Allergies can be added to Patient Records by following the below steps:
Go to the 'Treatment' Section > 'Allergies' > Select +. See below:
Once you have selected the + just above the table the below dialog box will appear:
To add the allergy, simply enter the description, the reaction details, select if it is a drug-related allergy or not and enter the date of reaction.
Simply select 'Save' and the allergy will be added to the table.
