How to Find a Patient

You can search for a patient by following the below steps:

Within the 'Appointment' screen select 'Find Patient'. See below:

Once you have selected 'Find Patient' the below dialogue box will appear. Simply add the information that you know into the different fields and select 'Search'. This will bring back all the results based on the criteria in which you have searched. See below:

Simply select on the patient's name located in the table and the patient's chart will populate on the appointment screen. See below:
