How do I Add an Appointment Using the 'Find Slot' Feature?

The 'Find Slot' feature can be accessed by following the below steps:

Go to the 'Appointment' screen and select the 'Find Slot' button. See below:

Once you have selected the button, the below dialog box will appear.

If you would like to search for one appointment simply enter the location, the clinician or clinician type, the type of appointment that is required the search from the date and the time of day, and select 'Search'. This will bring back all results that match the criteria. See Below:

If you would like to also search for a second appointment simply select the clinician or clinician type, the appointment type, the acceptable wait time between appointments, and if you would like to show it in reverse order as well. Simply select 'Search' to bring back the results. See below:

Simply select on the appointments that you would like to choose from the table and the appointment will be booked in for the patient. See below:
