A patient's audit history can be accessed by following the below steps:
Go to 'Patient' > 'Audit'. See below:
From within this section, you will be able to view the history of appointments the patient has had and who has created and updated the appointments.
You will be able to view any updates to the patient information via the patient history tab. The finance history of what payments have been taken and by whom, and finally the communication history of what communication has been sent to the patient and by whom.
