Treatments that occur commonly on specific appointments can be easily added so that when the appointment is added you have the option of instantly adding the corresponding treatment.
This allows clinicians the flexibility to they can instantly add treatments without having to enter it manually.
Appointment Type prices can be added by following the below steps:
Go to 'Admin' > 'Appointment' > 'Appointment Type Prices' > Select Appointment From Drop Down List > Select + to add a treatment. See below:
From the list that appears simply select the items that would commonly be required within the appointment type and Select 'Save'
This will then add the appointment type price.
Once the appointment type price has been added to the appointment. When that appointment is added the below screen will appear with the associated prices attached. The clinician simply selects the checkboxes if the treatments are applicable.
The treatments then automatically are added to the list of treatments under the 'All' tab the clinician simply has to select the plan that he/she would like to add it to by using the drop-down facility under the 'plan' column. See below:
Although this feature is most common for Treatment items it is not limited to them. Shop items can also be added by using the same steps provided above.
