KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Analytics are accessible by all users with a Level 2 user privilege or above.
KPIs can be accessed by selecting the icon and the Analytics can be accessed by selecting the icon. Both icons appear directly underneath the user's name at the top right-hand corner. See below:
The analytics provide graphs that demonstrate findings based on the 4 sections Patient, Finance, Appointment, and Clinical.
The graphs can be filtered by selecting the 'filter' button that appears to the left of the screen and the findings can be downloaded to CSV by selecting the button just above the graphs. See below:
For the KPIS, you can view the practice KPIS, user KPIS, and User Trend KPIS.
Selecting each KPI will give you the overall breakdown and provide the equation to demonstrate how this figure is worked out.
Similar to the analytics, this section can also be filtered and you can download the information to CSV. See below:
