How to Move Appointments to Another Clinician.

For many reasons such as a clinician being sick or leaving the practice, you may need to move appointments from one clinician to another.  This can be done manually by dragging and dropping the appointments into the new clinician's book, however, this can be a timely process for practices with a lot of appointments. 

The 'move appointments' feature is a feature on Aerona which is extremely efficient as it allows users to be able to move appointments instantly at the touch of a button. To move appointments using the 'move appointments' feature, simply follow the below steps:

Go to 'Admin' > 'Practice' > 'Staff Rota' > 'Move Appointments'. See below:

Simply enter in the name of the clinician whose appointments you would like to move and the clinician that will be taking them appointments and the dates that are applicable. Simply select 'move' and the appointments will be moved. See below:
