How to Sort the Questions on Medical History Forms

Medical History Questionnaires can be sorted by following the below steps:

Go to 'Admin' > 'Clinical' > 'Sort Medical Questions'. See below:

Simply drag and drop the questions to where you want them presented on the medical history form. Once you are happy with the arrangement of the questions, simply select the icon to save the questions. See below:
