How to Use the 'Face Chart'

The Face Chart can be accessed by following the below steps:

Go to 'Treatment' > 'Face Chart'. See below:

Select the squares of the appropriate areas that are applicable and select  'Add note to selected areas'. 

Once you have selected the button the below dialogue box will appear.  Simply enter your notes that you would like to add and select either 'save and complete' or 'save as draft'.
