How to Use the 'Soft Tissue Exam' Charting

The Soft Tissue Exam can be accessed by going to the 'Treatment' section > 'Soft Tissue Exam'. See below:

Simply select the squares that are applicable and select 'Add Note to Selected Areas'. This will then populate the below dialogue box:

Simply add in the relevant information into the text area and any files that are applicable and select 'Save & Complete' or 'Save draft' to save the note.
