How to Send SMS Reminders Via the Appointment Screen

SMS Reminders can be sent instantly and conveniently via the 'Appointment' screen by following the below steps:

Go to the 'Appointment' section > 'Send Reminders'. See below:

The below dialogue box will then appear. Simply select which clinicians books that you would like to send the reminders for or select 'All' to send them to all clinician's books. See below:

 

After you have selected the clinicians to select 'Preview SMS messages'. See below:

You will then be directed to the SMS preview screen which will show all messages that will be sent to the patients. The arrows will allow you to navigate through the different messages which will be sent.

Once you have previewed the SMS messages and are happy to proceed with sending the SMS messages simply select 'Send SMS messages'. See below:
