How to Decline A Treatment Plan

If the clinician has created a treatment plan for a patient and the patient has decided that they would not like to go ahead with the treatment. The treatment plan can be declined by following the below steps:

Go to the 'Treatment' section > 'Treatments' > Select the plan you would like to decline > Select . See below:

You will then need to confirm that you would like to proceed with declining the treatment plan. See below:

Once you have confirmed that you have declined the plan. The treatment plan will then be archived. To view any archived treatment plans simply select the eye icon. See below:

If you would like to un decline the treatment plan this can easily be done by selecting the thumbs up icon. See below:
