How to use the Waiting Room Feature in the 'Treatment' Section.

Clinicians have the flexibility to mark patients 'In Clinic' and Complete their appointment conveniently at the touch of a button through the 'Treatment' section. 

Under the 'Treatment' Section > 'Waiting Room' the clinician will be able to see all patients that are waiting in the waiting room. 

To mark a patient 'In- Clinic' they simply need to press the 'In Clinic' button to the right of their name. See Below:

 Once they have been marked in-clinic their name will populate at the top of the appointment screen and the status of the appointment will update on the appointment book informing the receptionists to call the patient.  See below:

After the clinician has carried out the treatment they simply go back to the waiting room and mark the appointment as 'Completed'. They can then call the next patient 'In Clinic'.
