An Appointment Charge is a sum of money that the practice may charge a patient based on appointment statuses. These charges could be applied for appointments with late cancellation or patients that did not attend their appointment.
Appointment Charges can be added by following the below steps:
Create a shop Item based on your charge.
Go to 'Admin' > 'Pricing > 'Shop Prices > Add Shop Item. See below:

Go to 'Admin' > 'Appointment' > 'Appointment Charge' > Select the applicable status from the drop-down list. See below:
Select the + to attach a charge. See below:
Select the applicable shop item charge by filtering the table and selecting the button. See below:
Simply select 'Save' and the appointment charge will be added. See below:
