In order for a user to see to have the ability to view a particular clinician's appointment book, then this appointment book will need to be selected in the user's Admin settings. This feature was implemented to allow Level 1,2 & 3 users to manage which appointment books specific users have access to, therefore, restricting users who possibly do not need to view all appointment books within the practice.
Once a New User is added, a user with Level 3 access or above can then navigate to Admin > Practice > Users tab > Select and highlight each user from the table they would like to have access to this new clinicians book > Select the Edit User pencil icon for each user > Tick the new clinician's name within 'Display Appointment Books For' > Save.

Lower level privileged users will still need to ensure this clinician's name is ticked within their User Settings to the top right-hand corner of Aerona > Appointment Book > Display Appointment Books For.
