If a user is unable to log in to Aerona through the login page and is presented with the below error message, please follow the steps outlined below in order to troubleshoot this:
1. Firstly, ensure they are using the correct URL to log in along the top of the browser, these are region specific:
UK Customers:
EU Customers:
2. Make sure the details input are correct, as these fields are case sensitive.
3. If the User is still experiencing difficulty after checking the above information, they can ask a Level 1 or 2 Admin user to update their password on the system. I have attached an article below in which they could follow in order to do this:

Once successfully logged in, this user can then update their own password to be more secure by selecting their name to the top right hand corner of Aerona > User Settings > 'Change Password' button:
