You can amend the statement header displayed on patients' statements by following the steps below.
Go to the ‘Admin’ section > Practice > Print Templates > Select the ‘edit template’ for the ‘Treatment Plan Header’
You will then have the option to edit the statement header content. The icons that are located at the top of the text area will allow you to amend/format the text of the email/document, add/change images, update the alignment, add hyperlinks, tables, or paste in the source code if required. Patient tags can also be added, by copying and pasting the tags that are located directly below the text area. These tags will make the email/document unique to the patient that is receiving it. See below:
